I got into HR to try to improve the application process, and I will be the first to tell you it’s still quite broken. However, I can help you navigate it and take on the strategy so you can focus on your effort.

I offer resume reviews, where I edit your resume to better align with the jobs you are applying for. I also offer mock interviews via phone or video. At the end of your mock interview, I offer feedback. I also offer job search consulting, where I meet with you weekly for 4 or 8 weeks and help you navigate the process. I will be there as a sounding board and support you as you work toward finding your next role while keeping your inherent value in mind. I am also a resource to help you negotiate your next salary.
