I got into HR to try and improve the application process. I will be the first to tell you that it’s still quite broken. However, I can help you navigate it and worry about everything, expect for your effort.

I offer resume review where I will edit your resume to better align with the job/s you are applying for. I offer mock interviews via phone and video. At the end of the interview, there is a short critique to help you improve and there will be time for you to ask questions. I also offer job search consulting where I meet with you once for 4 or 8 weeks and help you navigate the job search process. I will be there to be a sounding board and help you find your next role while remembering your inherent value. I am also a resource to help you negotiate your next salary.
