You mater and your mental health does too. I hope you don’t forget that, and if you do, I’m happy to remind you. If you are currently estranged from a family member or a loved one to preserve your mental health, you are not alone. I recognize it might feel that way, but you are not alone.
I would like to offer you support. I can offer support in three ways. I can respond to your form. I can speak with you over the phone and I can have a video call with you. All of my estrangement support is free. It is easiest for me to respond your forms but I will make all 3 available on a limited and as needed basis.
As a support, I will not make it about my own experience. Having said that, I think it is important for you to know that I have first hand experience with estrangement. If I were in your shoes reading this that is something I would want to know. For me, estrangement has made my life more peaceful. I know what it’s like to have the other parties not respect or get it and feel personally attacked by me doing what is best for me and my mental health. I am also familiar with people acting like your pain from previous events is irrelevant because other people responded differently. Your feelings matter. You matter. You are more than enough. If you would like to reach out for support, I encourage you to fill out the form on the store page regardless of which support you would like. The reason I ask you to fill out a form instead of emailing me, is because I recognize that not everyone dealing with estrangement wants to be public.
